Hi everyone, in today’s post I show you to to make these cute penguin cake toppers. I hope you like them, they were so much fun to make! Imagine these little cuties decorating your Christmas cake and cupcakes this year! My easy to follow video tutorial is below, but first some useful information.
I made my penguin cake toppers from modelling paste. This is because it’s much stronger than sugarpaste (fondant). It’s easier to model with and will set much firmer. You will find a link to all of the modelling pastes that I used at the bottom of this post. I also used a clear alcohol as a glue. I used this because it evaporates leaving no marks, but you can also to use an edible glue if you wish.
